We bake everything fresh daily on-site from scratch using premium ingredients that we have taken great care to source locally. Our bakers are in before dawn, hand-rolling pastry and preparing fillings. You'll taste the difference in our handmade pies stuffed with succulent Stirling Ranges beef, our seeded artisan breads, and signature coffee roasted in WA.

Our signature handmade pies start with pastry made in-house using WA flour. Fillings range from tender Stirling Ranges Beef in our Classic Steak Pie to plump WA prawns swimming in garlic cream within our crowd-pleasing Garlic Prawn Pie.
Our Pie of the Week means there's always new gourmet flavours being crafted in our ovens. Those with a sweet tooth delight in our melt-in-your-mouth vanilla slice, healthy raw slices, and sweet treats.

With bakery cafes on either side of the Forrest Highway and across Mandurah, Miami Bakehouse aims to delight both travellers and locals.
We operate 5 bakery café locations that feature ample and cosy indoor seating and outdoor picnic tables, where available. Our Myalup location offers drive-thru service in addition to an outdoor garden gallery, with 16 life-sized kangaroos painted by WA artists for you to explore.

Do you bake gluten-free products?
No. Because our bakery also produces products with gluten, we can't guarantee that anything we make is 100% gluten-free. If you're gluten-sensitive, ask our friendly staff in-store about our gluten-friendly options, including our Raw Slices and handmade treats.
Do you bake dairy-free products?
Yes, some of our products are dairy-free. However, as they're made in a commercial kitchen and bakery that also uses dairy ingredients, they may contain traces. Ask our friendly staff in-store for the most current dairy-free options.
Do you bake vegan products?
Yes! Our Vegetable Pastie is vegan and packed with over 13 different kinds of fresh, hand-cut vegetables, all wrapped in our signature flaky wholemeal pastry. Ask in-store for availability across our five locations.
Do you have low sugar options?
Yes! We have a range of handmade treats that are lower in sugar, including our Gingerbread Men and Raw Slices. If you're looking for much lower carbs, our award-winning Low Carb Pastry Pies have two thirds less carbs than traditional pastry, with 3.5 times more protein too!
Do you use local WA ingredients?
Yes! Sourcing local is at the heart of everything we bake. Our Stirling Ranges Angus Beef Steak Pies are made with WA beef, and our Low Carb pastry uses a unique blend of locally sourced Western Australian flours. We've been baking with premium local WA ingredients for over 21 years.
Can I pre-order online?
Yes! You can pre-order celebration cakes online through our website. For pies and other menu items, give your nearest store a call ahead of your visit to reserve your favourites, or pre-purchase in-store and arrange a convenient pick-up time.
