We are looking for an experienced and innovative Head Pastrycook to lead our Cake and Bread production teams, ensuring exceptional product quality, consistency, and efficiency in our central baking facility located in Mandurah.
About the Role:
As Head Pastrycook, you’ll be responsible for the daily operation of our Cake and Bread departments. This key leadership role includes production planning, quality control, labour and waste management and driving efficiency. You’ll oversee everything from shift coordination to training and development, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

What We’re Looking For:

Trade-qualified Pastrycook or Baker

Strong leadership and supervisory experience

A hands-on approach with the ability to develop a high performing team
